All Fees Are Non-Refundable: Payment for tax preparation and/or tax relief services is final and non-refundable once work has begun or your return has been submitted to the IRS/state.
Payment Required Before E-Filing: Tax returns will not be electronically filed until full payment has been received, unless you are using a bank product or refund transfer service.
Refund Transfer Clients: If you choose to pay your fees from your refund, you understand that: – Fees will be deducted from your federal refund once received. – If your refund is delayed, reduced, or offset by the IRS or state, you are still responsible for the full service fee. – A bank fee may also apply if using a refund transfer.
Taxpayer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Royal Financial is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or false documentation.
Amendments & Corrections: If an amendment is required due to an error on our part, it will be corrected at no charge. If the amendment is due to omitted or inaccurate information provided by you, additional fees may apply.
Turnaround Time: Standard processing time is 3–7 business days once all required documents are received. Expedited services may be available at an additional charge.
Document Retention: You will receive a copy of your return via email or printed. Royal Financial retains copies for up to 3 years. Please store your documents safely for your records.
Relief & Resolution Clients Only: If you are working with us for tax debt relief or IRS negotiations, please note: – A separate engagement letter outlines your services and payment terms. – Payments are due as agreed. Missed payments may pause your case progress. – IRS responses can take 4–16+ weeks depending on the request.
